Check whether Billing Center is enabled (recommended)
- For MPC Wallets and Custodial Wallets (Web3 Wallets), we recommend enabling Billing Center and completing the applicable setup. Billing Center can pay gas fee for your transfer and reduce failures caused by insufficient gas. Billing Center also supports paying fees using your fiat USD or stablecoins (such as USDT and USDC) balance.
- If Billing Center is enabled but its balance is too low to cover the fee, Billing Center cannot pay the gas fee and the transfer can fail with an insufficient-funds error even though your token balance is sufficient. To resolve this, top up your Billing Center balance: log in to Cobo Portal, click Billing Center in the left navigation bar, and complete a deposit. After funding, allow a short time for the deposit to be credited before retrying the transfer.
-
If Billing Center is not enabled, check whether the gas token balance is sufficient
- EVM networks usually require ETH (or the chainโs native token) to pay gas.
- On TRON, fees are typically paid with TRX (or via related energy/bandwidth mechanisms).
