Check whether Fee Station is enabled (recommended)
- For MPC Wallets and Custodial Wallets (Web3 Wallets), we recommend enabling Fee Station and completing the applicable setup. Fee Station can pay gas fee for your transfer and reduce failures caused by insufficient gas. Fee Station also supports paying fees using your fiat USD or stablecoins (such as USDT and USDC) balance.
- If Fee Station is enabled but its balance is too low to cover the fee, Fee Station cannot pay the gas fee and the transfer can fail with an insufficient-funds error even though your token balance is sufficient. To resolve this, top up your Fee Station balance: log in to Cobo Portal, click your name in the bottom left corner, select Organization > Fee Station, and complete a deposit. After funding, allow a short time for the deposit to be credited before retrying the transfer.

If Fee Station is not enabled, check whether the gas token balance is sufficient
- EVM networks usually require ETH (or the chain’s native token) to pay gas.
- On TRON, fees are typically paid with TRX (or via related energy/bandwidth mechanisms).
