Applicable to: All wallets If you click the withdraw or transfer button and nothing happens - for example, on a newly created wallet - verify the following before retrying:
  1. You hold the Spender role scoped to the wallet you are withdrawing from.
  2. The wallet has enough balance to cover both the withdrawal amount and the on-chain gas fee, and the amount is available as spendable balance (not locked by another in-flight transaction).
The backend may return an error that the interface does not always display. Checking the conditions above resolves most cases. For the full list, see Withdrawal prerequisites.
