Prerequisites
- Before making transfers using your Web3 Wallets, itโs recommended that you set up a token transfer policy.
- For more information on the number of confirmations required for deposits, see Required confirmation for token deposits.
Deposit from external wallets
- Log in to Cobo Portal.
- Click Wallets in the left sidebar, then select Custodial Wallets. Select the Web3 Wallets tab, then select a wallet.
- Select the Addresses or Tokens tab, navigate to the address or token for your deposit, and then click
. - Copy the deposit address. Please ensure that the deposit address is accurate to prevent any transfer errors.
- Proceed to your preferred external wallet to initiate the transfer to the deposit address you have copied.
Deposit from another wallet created on Cobo Portal
- To open the Transfer dialog, you can choose one of the following ways:
- Option 1: Complete step 1 to step 3 in the previous section, and click Deposit From Other Wallets. In the dialog, the token or address will be preselected for you.
- Option 2: Click Transfer in the left sidebar. Fill in the fields manually.
