1. Click the Apps icon on Cobo Portal, find Invoicing, then click Open to open Invoicing.

  2. On the Invoices page, click the overflow icon showing more options to open the action menu for additional options beyond view and edit. To save draft, submit, reject, or send an invoice, click Edit the Edit icon first. The available actions vary depending on the invoice status.

    • Edit: Click to open the edit page where you can adjust invoice details, save draft, submit, reject, or send the invoice. For field explanations, see Create an Invoice.
    • Send Reminder: Opens your default email client. You can manually send a reminder to the client.
    • Void Invoice: Provide a reason for voiding the invoice. You can view the reason later by clicking the question circle icon next to the Voided status in the invoice list.
    • Duplicate Invoice: A new invoice ID will be generated. Select the Payment Due and Issued On dates. Other fields will be copied from the original invoice but can be edited.
