Click the Apps icon on Cobo Portal, find Invoicing, then click Open to open Invoicing. On the Clients page, you can view the list of your clients, and add and manage clients.

Add a client

  1. On the Clients page, click Add Client.
  2. Fill in the required information, including Client Email, Client Type (Enterprise or Personal), Client Name, then click Add Client.
  3. If you successfully add the client, the client status will be set to Active automatically.

Manage clients

You can edit client information, freeze active clients, and unfreeze frozen clients.

  • Click the edit icon to edit client information.

  • Click the freeze icon to freeze a client that is in the Active status. This will restrict all invoice-related operations for the client.

    You cannot freeze a client if there is an in-progress invoice.
  • Click the unfreeze icon to unfreeze a client that is in the Frozen status. This will resume all invoice-related operations for this client.
