重置 Google Authenticator

如果您因为设备丢失或更换想重置用于 Cobo Accounts 的 Google Authenticator，请按照以下步骤进行重置。

1. 登录 Cobo Accounts，然后点击 MFA Management（MFA 管理）标签页。

2. 点击 Google Authenticator 旁的 Modify（修改），出现下图所示对话框。

3. 在新设备上打开 Google Authenticator 并扫描二维码，在对话框中输入 Google Authenticator 提供的六位数代码，然后点击 Submit（提交），出现 Choose MFA method（选择 MFA 方法）对话框。

4. 在 Choose MFA method（选择 MFA 方法）对话框中，您可以选择以下方式其一：

   方法一：通过旧设备的 Google Authenticator 重置

   点击 Google Authenticator，出现以下提示。

   输入您旧设备上 Google Authenticator 的六位数代码即可。

   如果旧设备已不可用，请选择方法二进行重置。

   方法二：通过 Cobo Guard 重置

   点击 Cobo Guard，出现以下提示。

   打开 Cobo Guard 应用，批准修改 MFA 请求。

   然后回到 Cobo Accounts 网页，点击 Authentication completed（验证完成）即可。

   如果 Cobo Guard 不可用，请参照因更换设备或重装应用重置 Cobo Guard 进行重置。

现在，您的 Google Authenticator 已重置。您可以使用新设备上的 Google Authenticator 登录 Cobo Accounts。
