Unable to create wallets

If you are experiencing difficulties in creating a new wallet, consider the below possibilities and corresponding solutions:
  1. Limited user permissions
    • Problem: You may not have the necessary permissions to create a new wallet.
    • Solution: Ensure that you have the required permissions or contact your administrator.
  2. Network issue / server downtime
    • Problem: Your network may be unstable or Coboโ€™s servers may be under maintenance or temporarily unavailable.
    • Solution: Ensure that your network connectivity is stable and Cobo is not under maintenance. See Coboโ€™s system status here.

Unsupported tokens and chains

All tokens and chains included in your subscription package with Coboโ€™s Custodial Wallets will be visible in the walletsโ€™ interface. Should you need support for a token or chain that is not included in your subscription package or not currently supported by Cobo, please contact Coboโ€™s customer support at help@cobo.com to request assistance.
