In order to use Organization, you must create one first. Please contact our sales team at sales@cobo.com to create your organization on Cobo Portal and complete the related configurations. You will be asked to provide the information about your organization and sign a service agreement.
Cobo Portalโ€™s Organization serves as the cornerstone for streamlined account management. Acting as your control center, admin have the exclusive rights to manage user profiles, designate roles, assign permissions, and enforce governance policies. Fortify your business operations by ensuring that each organization memberโ€™s actions are both empowered and constrained by clearly defined boundaries. To access Organization settings, click the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Organization. The Organization page includes the following tabs:
  • General: View and manage your organizationโ€™s profile, including the organization name and profile picture. You can also view the organization status and freeze the organization in emergencies.
  • Members: Add, remove, and manage organization members and their roles.
  • KYC Center: Manage your organizationโ€™s Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and compliance settings.
  • Transaction Categories: Create and manage transaction categories to organize and label your transactions.
  • User Roles: View and manage user roles and their associated permissions.
  • Governance Policies: Configure governance policies to control how changes to your organizationโ€™s settings are approved.
  • Activities: View a log of all activities and changes made within your organization.
