In order to use Organization, you must create one first. Please contact our sales team at sales@cobo.com to create your organization on Cobo Portal and complete the related configurations. You will be asked to provide the information about your organization and sign a service agreement.
- General: View and manage your organizationโs profile, including the organization name and profile picture. You can also view the organization status and freeze the organization in emergencies.
- Members: Add, remove, and manage organization members and their roles.
- KYC Center: Manage your organizationโs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and compliance settings.
- Transaction Categories: Create and manage transaction categories to organize and label your transactions.
- User Roles: View and manage user roles and their associated permissions.
- Governance Policies: Configure governance policies to control how changes to your organizationโs settings are approved.
- Activities: View a log of all activities and changes made within your organization.
