The Cobo Portal AI Assistant provides a single conversational entry point for supported WaaS questions and workflows. A single WaaS Portal Agent determines which capability is needed based on your request. You do not need to choose or switch among multiple agents. The assistant works within your current organization and role permissions. Available capabilities may vary by environment, account permissions, and rollout status.

Open the assistant

  1. Sign in to Cobo Portal with an eligible account.
  2. Click the circular AI icon to open the full-page assistant.
  3. Describe your question or task in natural language.
The conversation interface includes:

Describe your goal

State the task and include any known identifiers or parameters. The assistant confirms the target before taking action and asks for missing information instead of guessing. Examples:
  • โ€œWithdraw 10 USDT from my MPC Wallet to 0xabcโ€ฆโ€
  • โ€œWhy was transaction abc123 rejected?โ€
  • โ€œInvite teammate@company.com with the Viewer role.โ€
  • โ€œAdd Solana to this MPC Wallet.โ€
  • โ€œShow our total assets by chain.โ€

Supported tasks

Product, API, and troubleshooting questions

Ask how a Cobo feature works, how to integrate with the WaaS 2.0 API, what an error means, or whether a chain or token is supported. The assistant uses Cobo product manuals and Developer Hub documentation to answer.

Wallets and deposit addresses

List wallets, create a supported wallet, or generate a deposit address. For MPC Wallets, the assistant can help with the lifecycle from Vault and signer setup through KeyGen, backup status, wallet creation, and enabling supported chains. KeyGen, key share backup, and some approvals must still be completed in Portal Mobile or Cobo Guard. The assistant never displays or exports private key material.

Transactions and transfers

The assistant can:
  • Find and filter transaction records.
  • Aggregate permitted transaction records into counts, distributions, trends, and charts.
  • Estimate fees and run required validation before preparing a transfer.
  • Diagnose why a specific transaction is pending, rejected, or failed.
  • Prepare supported remedies for an existing transaction, such as speed up, cancel, drop, or resend.
Before submitting a transfer or changing an existing transaction, the assistant confirms the transaction, action, and relevant fees. Final authorization follows the applicable Portal Mobile or Cobo Guard flow.

Members and roles

Invite a member and assign one or more available roles. The invitation is not complete until the required confirmation, MFA, and approval flow has finished.

Transaction Policies

View existing Transaction Policies and get guidance on policy type, conditions, approval requirements, limits, and priority.
The assistant does not create, edit, reorder, or enable Transaction Policies in the conversation. Apply policy changes in Cobo Portal, then ask the assistant to check the resulting configuration.

Approval status

View approval requests, see which approvers are still pending, and identify where confirmation must be completed.
The assistant cannot approve, reject, or revoke a request on another userโ€™s behalf. Each approver must act in their own Portal Mobile or Cobo Guard app.

Assets and activity

Ask for organization-level totals and charts, including asset breakdowns by token, chain, or wallet type, balance history, and deposit or withdrawal trends.

Support and security

The assistant can view or prepare a support ticket, check for a duplicate issue, and help populate the submission form. It can also review organization, member, MPC Wallet, API Key, webhook, and transaction-policy settings against supported security checks.

Confirmation and authorization

The assistant separates information retrieval from actions that change data or assets: The assistant does not bypass permissions, Transaction Policies, Governance Policies, MFA, approval, or signing requirements.

Limits

The assistant cannot:
  • Execute a critical asset or configuration action without your confirmation.
  • Approve or reject requests on behalf of an approver.
  • Create or modify Transaction Policies in the conversation.
  • Access or reveal private keys, mnemonics, private key shares, API secrets, or signing values.
  • Access another organization or any data outside your role permissions.
  • Provide professional financial, legal, tax, or compliance advice.
  • Guarantee that all information is complete or real-time in every situation.
