# Transaction History

> View and manage all your transaction records across all wallet types in Cobo Portal.

Transaction History provides a centralized view of all transactions across your organization's wallets. You can access it by clicking **Transaction History** in the left sidebar.

<Note>Only the past 180 days of history are shown. Use **Export** to access older records.</Note>

## View transactions

The Transaction History page displays a table with the following columns:

* **Type**: The transaction type, such as Deposit or Withdrawal.
* **Txn Hash**: The on-chain transaction hash. Click to view transaction details on the blockchain explorer.
* **Status**: The current status of the transaction, such as Completed, Pending, or Rejected.
* **From**: The source address or wallet name.
* **To**: The destination address or wallet name.
* **Amount**: The transaction amount and token type.
* **Action**: Click to view detailed transaction information.

## Search and filter

Use the search bar at the top to search by all fields, or click the dropdown to narrow your search to specific fields.

* **Filter**: Click **Filter** to filter transactions by specific criteria.
* **Sort**: Click **Sort** to change the ordering of transactions.
* **Export**: Click **Export** to download your transaction records as a file.
